Genuine Antique Map

1788

Maker: T. Conder

Antique map of New Jersey by Thomas Conder, published in Dr. Gordon's History of the American War, 1788. This is a fantastic example of a rare map showing New Jersey during the Revolutionary War, including forts and crossed swords at the locations of battles with the year of the battle. Includes New York City, part of Long Island, Philadelphia, Cape James or Cape Henlopen, Cape May, Great Egg Harbor, Little Egg Harbor, Barnigate Inlet, rivers, roads, and more. This map has been archivally cleaned. Very good condition with some minor spots/stains. Measures approx. 11 x 9 inches to the neatline.
