Antique hand colored map of Amenia (Dutchess County, New York). Map has a typo, writing "Dutchess Co." as "Dutchess Co.". Features a business directory (includes merchants, manufacturers, physicians, hotels, banks, and miscellaneous.) Shows names of property owners, some points of interest, and some topographical detail. Good condition with some slight overall toning and wrinkling, as well as a small tear at the bottom of the page. By Beers, Ellis, and Soule, in the Atlas of New York and Vicinity, 1867. Measures approximately 15.75" x 12.75" to the neatline.
