Shows district boundaries, some points of interest, and the names of property owners. Good overall antique condition with toning throughout and spots of minor foxing. By Beers, Ellis, and Soule, in the Atlas of New York and Vicinity, 1867. Measures approximately 15.75" x 12.75" to the neatline. (Note: Map extends slightly past the neatline at the bottom and left side.)
