Shows district boundaries, names of property owners, some points of interest (including a proposed railroad), and some topographical detail. Features an inset map of a main section of Pine Plains, which shows a few street names, names of property owners, and some points of interest. The inset map also includes a business directory. Good overall antique condition with toning throughout and some spots of minor foxing. By Beers, Ellis, and Soule, in the Atlas of New York and Vicinity, 1867. Measures approximately 15.75" x 12.75" to the neatline.
