Includes an inset map of the Hillsville neighborhood in Spencer and an inset index map of Worcester County. Shows property owners' names at time of publication. Very good antique condition with some minor toning of the paper which is heavier along the outer edges of the paper. Center fold, as issued. Double sheeted page measures approx. 22.25 x 32 inches overall.
