Genuine Antique Printed Color Map

1898

Maker: Gannett.

Antique printed color page of two statistical maps of the United States, based on census data. The first map shows the true valuation of real estate and improvements thereon, by value in U.S. Dollars per capita, in 1890. The second map shows the assessed valuation on real and person property, by value in American Dollars per capita, in the U.S. in 1890. Both maps label half of Oklahoma as "Indian Territory". Very good condition with some toning of the edges of the antique paper. By Henry Gannett, in The Statistical Atlas of the United States- Eleventh Census, 1898. Measures approximately 17.75" x 13" to include both maps and their titles. (Note: These two maps can be separated, if desired. Please contact us if this is of interest.)
