Antique Map of Montgomery (VT) published in the Atlas of Franklin and Grand Isle Counties, Vermont by F.W. Beers & Co. in 1871. Includes Averys Gore. These maps were made for tax purposes and indicate all property owners at the time, with densely populated areas enlarged separately. Original hand-coloring. Poor antique condition with old, non-archival tape adhered to the face that caused a brown stain, mild toning, some stains in the margins, some small archivally repaired tears, seam separation at top, some minor wear at the paper edges. Measures approx. 13.5 x 21.5 inches to the neatline.
