Antique hand-colored map of the city of Rutland, VT, from the Atlas of Rutland County, Vermont, by Beers, 1869. Map is colored by ward and includes buildings with property owners' names, railroads, streets, business directory, etc. Fair to good overall antique condition with toning throughout, areas of mild staining, some minor spots, and a large tear on the left side that a previous owner taped (tape is on the front of the map). Measures approximately 26 x 28 inches (H x W) to the edge of the decorative border. Priced based on condition.
