Hand Colored high quality reproduction, 1894 map of Chatham. As Cape towns developed, detailed renderings of buildings and land features were desired. This one shows the land formed by geological moraine, with its many kettle-hole ponds. Colored by a local professional artist and map colorist. Size is 23"h x 32"w to the printed area. Paper may be larger but can be trimmed as needed. Also available in black and white in two sizes, rolled (See REP036BW and REP036SM) , custom framed for $265 or more (See REP036FYAR).
