Antique map of the Western Hemisphere by Henry Teesdale, 1831. This map features North and South America with New Zealand and some of the Pacific Islands. Shows the Louisiana Territory, East Florida, the United States on the East Coast of the continent and Mexico still in possession of California and the West Coast. Routes of Captain Cook's voyages fill the oceans. Antarctica is absent. Fair condition with uneven toning, a visible glue strip at the center fold, some spots and foxing. Measures approx. 14.5 x 18 inches to the paper edges. Priced as-is.
