Major railways and roads are marked, as well as tundra, permanent ice and glaciers, and floating ice. Red demarcations list mean temperature lines for both annual and January isotherms. Four inset maps show detailed views of Novaya Zemlya, the Eastern Coast of Greenland, Southwest Greenland, and Spitsbergen and Bear Island. Very good antique condition. Measures approx. 14.5x18.25 inches (measured to neatline.)
